Before signing the carrier's delivery note, the client must review and confirm the number of packages and their status.

If you cannot review the merchandise, it will indicate on the carrier's delivery note "Pending Review". Any anomaly observed in the packaging must be indicated in the "delivery" section of the carrier's delivery note or take a photo at the same time, since the transport agency does not accept breakages not reported in said package.“according”.

Incidents that have not been notified to the factory in writing before 48 hours from receipt of the merchandise will not be accepted, through the website, selecting in the "Customer Area" section, "Notify Incident". There you can indicate the reason and attach photos.

We remind you that you have a 24-hour period for breakage and 48/72h for original deterioration.

You must keep the original packaging for possible returns.
